Clips

Aluminum clips are intended for closing of meat and dairy products, and also for other kinds of loose products in sleeve grids and casings used for clipping. If necessary under the clips can be put the loops.

Clips made by the company «Lorenzo Barroso», Spain, correspond to the European analogues by the quality,  chemical composition and standard sizes. Clips perfectly maintain the pressure arising on the ends of the sausage stick during thermal treatment and don`t damage the casing.

We are offering clips of the following types:

«BT» – soft clips on the thermowelded tape; «T» – rigid clips on the thermowelded tape

«DST» – especially rigid clips on the thermowelded tape

Application of this or that kind of the clip depends on let out products and the type of used casing.

1.2 Continuous clips (beadings)

Application of manual and semi-automatic clippers on the meat-processing enterprises limits the possibilities to increase the output of ready products.

With growth of volumes in production arises the question to install automatic clippers which are used at the enterprises with productivity more than five tons a day.

On such clippers are used continuous tape clips. These clips are delivered on cartridges in quantity from 2500 up to 5000 pieces depending on their type. It allows to produce the same quantity of sausage sticks without stopping technological process of production.

Presence of the different sizes gives the possibility to use the casing from the minimum diameter of 20 up to maximum 120.

Depending on caliber and material of the casing the necessary size of the clips can be selected.

Marking of the clips consists of 4 numbers, for example, 18 х 09/5 x 2,0:

a) first pair of numbers — is the clip`s step; it can be 12, 15 and18mm. The most spread are with step 15 and 18 mm;

b) second pair of numbers — is the height of the stem; it can be 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 mm. The most spread are 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12 mm;

c) third number — is the width of the clip: 3, 4, 5 mm. In Russia Federation the most spread is width 5 mm;

d) forth number — is the thickness of the clip. It can be 1.0; 1.25; 1.5; 1.75; 2.0; 2.2; 2.25; 2.5. The most spread are: 1.5; 1.75; 2.0; 2.2 (or 2.25); 2.5.
